Changing Seasons - Autumn.jpg

Changing Seasons

Students created a scene to represent Autumn by using sand and glue to create the background. They then used dry seed pods from the sensory garden and charcoal to create the trees. The students loved being involved in this project.

Images displayed in this exhibition have been created using several mediums -including paint and collage- and influence by flowers and blossom in Springtime.

Fire

As part of Outdoor Learning and Autumn, students created bonfires using sticks and tissue paper. Students in Phase 2 created a lovely fireplace scene, using real sticks. They also created silhouettes of themselves that you can see through the window.

Tree Emotions

As part of Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week, students used clay to press on the tree and show their feelings. They created different facial expressions using natural resources such as leaves, sticks and acorns.
